Our yoga philosophy 

We believe everyone regardless of age, ability, or inclination can benefit from this practice. “Yoga is for your whole life” means, on the one hand, that one can practice from 2 to 102, and on the other, that its benefits reach far beyond the mat and practice room into every area of one’s life.

The Art and Science of Yoga

Yoga is centuries old and it has influenced numerous cultures throughout the ancient and modern worlds. Both as a means of physical fitness and spiritual enlightenment, yoga ensures a more peaceful and energetic existence. Whether through the physical practice of Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga, the concentrated energetics of Prana Vidya (breathing techniques), or seated and walking meditations, yoga engenders a stronger body, calmer mind, and a more harmonious being.
