Stretching Inside and Out
We will play theatre games, use our imaginations, stretch and strengthen our bodies and make new friends. Theatre is an excellent way to learn to work as a team while becoming more confident speaking in front of other people. Yoga helps us to connect with our breath while building a sense of inner calm and improving strength and coordination. We will start with 45 minutes of drama with Tracy Walsh followed by 45 minutes of yoga with Jancy Jerome. No previous experience with yoga or drama is necessary.
