Our yoga philosophy
We believe everyone regardless of age, ability, or inclination can benefit from this practice.
“Yoga is for your whole life” means, on the one hand, that one can practice from 2 to 102, and on the other, that its benefits reach far beyond the mat and practice room into every area of one’s life.
A rare opportunity to relax, unplug, and reset. You will contemplate and go deep inside to restore and nourish the mind, body, and soul. This class utilizes props to support the body and decompress the nervous system and combines gentle movements, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
