3 paths to Lighthouse

In-studio classes, ongoing Zoom classes, and recorded classes!

Your donations help spread yoga

Your generous donations continue to be a significant support through challenging times. Every donation is honored, appreciated, and contributes to our efforts to share the practice. Yoga should be accessible to all and we know that not everyone is able to afford the cost of class or arrange their schedule to attend. To that end, we have an ever-expanding library of free recorded classes, which we hope you will enjoy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

You are a lighthouse

We believe that each and every one of us is a lighthouse, capable of shining their light to offer guidance to others. Our studio focuses on integrating the mind, body, emotions, and spirit to support both the individual and the community. We look forward to practicing with you!

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that our livelihood and community of practitioners are located on the traditional homelands of the Council of the Three Fires: the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi Nations. Many other tribes such as the Miami, Ho-Chunk, Menominee, Sac, and Fox also called this area home. The region has long been a center for indigenous people to gather, trade, and maintain kinship ties. Today, one of the largest urban American Indian communities in the United States resides in and around Chicago. Members of this community continue to contribute to the life of this city and to celebrate their heritage, practice traditions, and care for the land and waterways. May we contribute to the healing of this land and the many peoples who call this place home.

We affirm that Black Lives Matter and consider ourselves allies, advocates, and co-workers in the fight against racism and discrimination in all its forms. Lighthouse Yoga is a Safe Space for individuals seeking to learn and practice the Yogic principles of compassion and kindness.

In deepest gratitude,
Lighthouse Yoga
