Join us for a relaxed atmosphere and experience the foundation of all the Yoga practices. Learn basic and effective techniques for calming the nerves, reducing stress, and proper breathing to focus body, mind, and spirit. Each class will cover the fundamentals of concentration and meditation methods as well as walking meditation and simple stretches to assist the body in sitting. All are welcome regardless of experience or physical ability.
