In this wellness course, you will learn to integrate changes into your life that will lead you to the health and happiness you deserve. Incorporating a holistic approach to dietary and lifestyle practices, Mary Leopold and Barb Sheridan will give you ideas for improving your diet, understanding gut/brain health, living mindfully, and developing an overall sense of well-being. Sessions will include meditation and breathing techniques, class instruction, healthy recipes, and 30–45 minutes of restorative yoga. This course is suitable for all levels. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Mary Leopold is a psychotherapist in private practice for over 20 years. She obtained her certification in Yoga for the Special Child (2005) and Radiant Child Yoga (2006), merging her decades-long passion for yoga and working with children. Mary maintains her own practice and uses yoga techniques in her work with clients of all ages. In 2017, Mary received her holistic health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which represents an expansion of her interest in the connections between mental health and integrative nutrition.
Barb Sheridan has been teaching yoga since 2009 (RYT 200 Hours) and specializes in Gentle, Level 1, Yin and Restorative practices. In 2017 she received her holistic health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She continues to expand her education by studying daily and regularly attending yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops. Barb believes in a friendly, welcoming environment and a teaching style that emphasizes proper alignment, while promoting a deeper connection to the body, mind, and spirit.
